The Last of Us: Part 1 Materials - Manmade

The following is a collection of some of the many materials I made while working on The Last of Us: Part 1. These are materials I created while doing the look dev for Tommys Dam. I did a bunch of work for Brick and Concrete on this game. Setting up several substance files to use for brick across our game. The idea was to make several types of brick that are extremely reusable. As you can see there are 3 types and a damage blend, the damaged blend is interchangeable with all types of brick. Primarily these materials are made in Substance Designer. While these materials were made for the Tommy Dam .evel, most of them were also put in the base library and can be found throughout the game. I hope you enjoy it! Rendered in Marmoset.

this is brick type A: Grout is average, not flush with bricks. Some damage/corners/grout missing here and there and the grout is a little sloppy.

This is brick type B: Grout is flush with the brick, colored a more orange tint for this base color. Some of the chipping damage is here but less than the first type.

This is brick type D: Damaged/old but works as a blend with all 3 variations of brick I've posted here.

This is brick type C: This style has much less grout showing and a lot more variation in the depth/height.
